• Where is the store based?

  Redlands, CA

• How do your restocks work? What does Coming Soon and Sold Out mean for your shop?

  Typically I restock my shop once a week. Holiday season tends to be busy so check instagram.com/ellieandjames for updates on restocks and design availability.

  When an item says Coming Soon it will be restocked when available. When an item says Sold Out it indicates that all items were purchased during that restock period and it too will be restocked when available. You can request items to appear again in my restocks by emailing me on the contact page. :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Shipment dates are posted each week in the banner on the home page. Typically, there is one restock per week and the items are shipped within that week. Custom orders may take more time since approval is required of your proof prior to construction.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! I have shipped worldwide, but please be aware of shipping times from California to your country when ordering.

• I really like a design, but I want to make it personal ... can I do that?

  YES! Please request a custom order in the Custom/Personalized section of the shop and be sure to state clearly what it is you want and which design you are interested in.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
